Refund Policy


International Visa Students

If you are unable to obtain a study permit, a letter of refusal from immigration must be presented to the Admission Officer. Please attach the original Letter of Acceptance and the original receipt with the request. Be sure to keep a copy of these documents for yourself.

Your tuition fee will be refunded,less non-refundable registration fee (CDN$ 350). Reimbursement will be processed once the original receipt and Letter of Acceptance have been returned. After a Study Permit has been granted, no refund of tuition fees will be made if the student withdraws.

Local Students

If you withdraw from the course two weeks before the first class, we will fully refund your tuition without any obligations.

If you withdraw from the course one to thirteen days before the first class, we will fully refund your tuition less the registration fee.

Once the class begins, there is no refund.
